First-time withdrawals require identity verification and may be subject to additional security review, which can extend processing time to 24-48 hours. Subsequent withdrawals from verified Accounts are processed automatically within the timeframes stated above.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. You may only withdraw to payment methods you have previously used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by jp123 management in exceptional circumstances. All bets placed on jp123 are governed by these Terms and the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies. Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results from the respective sporting bodies and leagues. Togel draw results are based on certified random draws conducted at scheduled times published on our website.
In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or obvious mistake in odds or results, jp123 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jp123 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 (or the remaining Balance, whichever is lower) on dormant Accounts. You will be notified via email before any dormancy fees are applied.
These Terms and your use of jp123 services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable in the jurisdictions where jp123 is licensed to operate. By using the Service, you acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and that you are responsible for ensuring your use of jp123 complies with local laws in Indonesia.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service, you agree to first contact jp123 customer support to seek an amicable resolution.
